Final posters should be in A0 size (841mm wide x 1189mm high) in portrait format (long dimension is vertical).

Student Bursaries

Thank to the generosity of CCPi, we were able to offer 4 student bursaries which included free registration and a further £250 towards travel and accommodation. These were awarded to the best four student abstracts that were submitted in phase 1.

The Early Bird rate for registration has now been extended to 17 July, after which time the regular rate will apply

NB - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 31/07/2026 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) will receive 100% minus £ 10,00 processing fee of the paid conference fee refunded.

Cancellations received after 31/07/2025 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.

All refunds will be issued after the conference
