You can choose between oral contribution or poster. We will try to allocate the maximum number of contributed talks within the program.

NB - Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by 31/07/2026 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) will receive 100% minus £ 10,00 processing fee of the paid conference fee refunded.

Cancellations received after 31/07/2025 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
