Student Bursaries

Thank to the generosity of CCPi, we were able to offer 4 student bursaries which included free registration and a further £250 towards travel and accommodation. These were awarded to the best four student abstracts submitted by 12 June. *Bursary applications are now closed*.

Cancellations received by 31/07/2026 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) will receive 100% minus £ 10,00 processing fee of the paid conference fee refunded.

Cancellations received after 31/07/2025 (11:59 pm British Summer Time (BST), which is UTC/GMT+1 hour) or no-shows will receive no refund of the paid conference fee.
